As we all know, niche festivals are all the rage right now. Everyone wants to go to a huge mainstream festival, but the real vibes are at smaller, more curated festivals. Enter Gem & Jam Festival, taking place February 2-4, 2024 at Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson, Arizona.
