Touring "¿POR QUÉ NO?" Event Series Announces Return of Tulum Cenote Festival

After its dazzling, sold-out debut in Tulum earlier this year, the team behind the surging "¿POR QUÉ NO?" event series is heading back for another sun-kissed cenote festival.
Organized in collaboration with the beloved local party brand DPM, the single-day touring festival remains red-hot, and is now promising another fiery edition with its highly anticipated return on March 30th.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Buuts' Ha', the world's only cenote club, ¿Por Qué No? Tulum Cenote Festival 2.0 is expected to set the bar even higher. Surrounded by the locale's natural beauty, attendees will immerse themselves in 12 hours of non-stop Afro-house and tribal tech beats.

The festival's return features a stellar lineup comprising both local and international talent: Amada Lover, Anyone, Ben Malka, Da Carbone, DÂNTE, Freqish, i.am.nãda, Linda Romanazzi, Logic of Sound, Padrino, Paulo Cardoso, Tristan Van Grant and Zaïa. 
Ticket-holders heading to Tulum for the one-of-a-kind fest can also experience fire shows, body-painting, a live tattoo artist, massages and other activities.
¿Por Qué No? Tulum Cenote Festival 2.0 is scheduled for March 30th from 11am to 11pm, on the same weekend Zamna returns to the city. You can check out the trailer below and purchase tickets here.

From the opening echoes of the titular track, CAN YOU SEE ME? grabs listeners by the psyche, forging a cadence of deep basslines that erupt unexpectedly into a chaotic blitz, peppered with whispers that tickle the fringes of the sonic spectrum. As if opening a doorway to the unknown, the track ensures eyes are wide from the outset. Venturing deeper, "The Descent" (with INZO) rockets into a dubstep inferno where wobbling basses slither through the ether, painting a soundscape that feels both alien and intimately familiar for longtime fans.
Elsewhere, Rezz and Holly thread an uncanny melody through a labyrinth of heavy distortion in the haunting embrace of "Dysphoria," resulting in a composition that continues to keep listeners on the edge. The journey culminates with the Kavari-assisted "Exorcism," escalating the experience to a zenith of distorted intensity with mangled growls and void-like synths seemingly mirroring the gravitational pull of a black hole.

Afterlife to mesmerize Miami Music Week with double-header featuring Tale Of Us, Anyma, Mathame, and more

From March 20 – 21, Afterlife will return to Miami Music Week for an entrancing, two-night affair at Miami Marine Stadium. The event’s opening evening features a slate of A-list melodic techno talent, including event founders, Tale Of Us, CamelPhat, Mathame, Adam Sellouk, and Anyma (for “Anyma presents Genesys”). The latter is timely, considering the producer’s recent announcement of Genesys Part II. Due March 29, this second installment succeeds Genesys, released in August of 2023. Anyma’s Miami Music Week appearance will be followed by sets at Coachella 2024.
The second and final day of the Afterlife festivities concludes with sets from Tale Of Us, Adriatique, Mind Against, Layla Benitez, and Mrak (for “Mrak presents We Don’t Follow”). While day one of Afterlife is sold-out, a limited number of tickets to day two remain available for purchase here.

Nate Mars follows up ‘In Time’ EP With official remixes from Liondub, Tim Reaper, Starkey & his own original ‘Parallelogram’

Nate Mars is following up November 23’s ‘In Time’ EP with a trio of remixes and an all new original pulsing with garage and DnB. At the core of Mars’ music lies the unmistakable pulse of the TB-303, which he skillfully intertwines with an array of analog hardware, looped vocals, and a dark pop touch. For In Time, Mars decided to return to his roots, chopping classic drum breaks and incorporating rave stabs and ’90s piano riffs reminiscent of iconic artists like Moby, The Prodigy, Omni Trio, DJ Krust, and 4am Kru. And on its remix package three new interpretations build on the original EP’s strong foundation.
Liondub kicks off the remix package with a reimagined version of “In Time,” introducing a fluid drum and bass vibe that enriches the original’s essence. Tim Reaper brings his expertise to the “Starting Over” remix, underlining his knack for jungle and breakbeat hardcore. As the mind behind Future Retro London and a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe nominee, Reaper’s remix is a masterclass in drum and breaks.
Straight out of Philadelphia, Starkey’s take on “To Kill A DJ” infuses the track with a mix of dub/reggae and UKG, bridging Nate Mars’ original vision with his own distinctive, dystopian flair. Philadelphia’s own PJ Geissinger, known as Starkey, has been lauded for his genre-defying music since 2005, with notable releases like “Open The Pod Bay Doors” on Ninja Tune.
And then there’s the cherry on top; a new one from the man himself – “Parallelogram” a testament to his adeptness and alacrity crafting blistering drum and bass.

Switch Disco team up with R3HAB and Sam Feldt on ‘Sleep Tonight (This Is The Life)’
