World-renowned multi-platinum producer DJ Snake shares new single ‘Diana,’ a deeply grooved track featuring Belgian artist Hamza. Throughout his record-breaking career, DJ Snake has been known for experimenting with sounds all around the world, but with “Diana” he’s delivered his first ever French speaking collaboration, a special homage to his home country just months before he’s set to take the stage for a sold-out show at historic Stade de France in Paris on May 10th, 2025.
Hamza has built a reputation for blending trap, R&B, and unique melodic flows, distinguishing him as one of Belgium’s most influential urban artists making this an especially exciting collaboration. ‘Diana’ arrives alongside an official music video which leans into the song’s intimate, afterhours energy. In it, Hamza shows up to Snake’s studio, but as the slow-burning synth, bass throb, and busy percussion pick up, he’s transported to a red-lit room. A taunting vision haunts him both in the empty club and back in the booth, before Snake takes a sampler solo that sets the song alight.
Today’s release sets the stage for DJ Snake’s long-awaited return to his home country, performing in Paris once again after three years. The show is set to take place at historic Stade de France, the main stadium of the Paris Olympics on May 10th, 2025. As the most-listened to French artist in the world, and having sold out the entire stadium (with a capacity of 85,000) in under five minutes, this is poised to be an iconic and career-defining night for DJ Snake. See more information HERE.
‘Diana’ is the latest in a string of singles for DJ Snake, including most recent ‘Complicated‘ featuring Fridayy and smash international hit ‘Teka‘ featuring global sensation Peso Pluma. The record stayed on heavy rotation all summer after an exciting debut at Coachella in April. With ‘Diana’, DJ Snake continues to prove his global dominance, effortlessly weaving sounds from around the world with his dynamic production to endlessly create hits that transcend cultural and genre boundaries.

The gloves are off: Knock2 is taking his sound global.
Fueled by the kind of white-knuckle intensity that has established him as one of the electronic music scene's biggest breakouts, Knock2 today announced an international headlining tour, "nolimit." A reflection of his uncompromising spirit, the tour's title derives from his long-awaited debut album, which is expected to release in early 2025.
Fans can expect Knock2 to throw caution to the wind, pushing his anthemic sound into uncharted territory by dropping never-before-heard tracks from nolimit. The tour is also an opportunity to immerse in the album's whimsical visual universe, which he introduced in last month's 3D-animated music video for the standout single "hold my hand."
Knock2 is also poised to unveil an ambitious, brand-new stage production dubbed "The Stack," according to a press release. It's an exciting development for the EDM.com Class of 2023 star, whose aversion to convention on the live stage has positioned him as a trailblazing DJ. Back in September, he dared gravity by performing in a shipping container suspended by a crane.
The headlining tour will hit 20 cities across North America and Australia, including Austin, Denver, Vancouver, New York City and Chicago. A pre-sale is scheduled for Wednesday, November 20th at 10am local time before the general ticket on-sale begins at the same time on Friday, November 22nd.

Renato’s vision for Surreal Park was born out of a desire to create a space where music, art, and nature could coexist in perfect harmony, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for club-goers. With five distinct stages, each with its own theme and atmosphere, Renato has crafted a multi-sensory journey that transports visitors to a world of imagination and wonder.

Constructed using 70 km of bamboo—a renewable and flexible material—and 10 km of reforested wood, Ritual stands as a testament to Surreal Park’s commitment to environmental sustainability. By using responsibly sourced materials and blending them seamlessly into the landscape, Renato has created a stage that not only dazzles the eye but also treads lightly on the planet.

A solid infrastructure of tools for remote collaborative work exists in every industry except audio. While designers have Figma and businesses have Microsoft Teams, the music and audio industry is still stuck in the Stone Age—defaulting to emails and shared drives to collaborate. Now, Muse, a new Zoom-like platform for musicians, makes it possible for creators to effortlessly connect and make music together online in real-time. With users in 174 countries who have already clocked more than 25 million minutes in sessions, Muse is well on its way to powering a more accessible industry where global creators can collaborate from anywhere.
On the surface, the Muse app looks similar to popular video call platforms, but it has opened the door to an entirely new way of creating music online. Now, engineers can run remote mix sessions by streaming HQ audio and responding to feedback in real time. Producers can pull in musicians to remotely record instruments directly into their DAW.  Built-in features like file sharing, screen sharing, and screen control eliminate the headaches from bouncing between multiple platforms and searching through email threads for the latest version of a recording.
“Luis (Caballero, Muse CEO) and his team have created a technology that consistently delivers exceptional video and audio quality, enabling music creators to collaborate effortlessly with our musicians, as if they were in the same studio room,” says Xavier Jameson, Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Musiversal. “Together, we’ve raised the bar and set a new gold standard for remote recording.”
Thanks to the Muse Audio Engine, Muse is compatible with all pro audio equipment, allowing users to connect their gear and choose multiple channels from devices. Users can stream lossless PCM 32-bit audio, designed to prioritize stability and faster audio streaming.
The new workflows introduced by Muse have not only caught the attention of Akon, but all types of musicians across the audio industry—ranging from young bedroom producers to GRAMMY Award-winning engineers, composers, and producers working with artists like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Kendrick Lamar.
For Enrico De Paoli, a Multi-Grammy Award-Winning Music Engineer (Ray Charles, Elton John), Muse significantly improved his workflow: “Things that were once impossible have become possible, and tasks that were bureaucratic and tedious have become simple. In short, Muse has been a complete transformation!”
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Muse co-founder and CEO Luis Caballero left his software engineering job in 2018 and split his time between making music and building meme pages to promote his music. As his meme pages grew, studio owner and future Muse co-founder Austin Dunn stumbled across Caballero’s account and convinced him to move to LA to promote music with memes for record labels. While in LA, Caballero quickly realized how difficult it was to make music with his friends back in Oklahoma: “The music collaboration tools in 2019 were unreliable, complicated, and fragmented. We had to patch together multiple apps to recreate the in-person studio experience, and even then, I still couldn’t do fundamental things like record audio or MIDI. I knew there had to be a better way.”

Caballero began conceptualizing his idea of Muse and brought it to Dunn who initially said it was “the dumbest idea he had ever heard”…until a global pandemic sent everyone home from studios for lockdown. The need for remote collaboration was more prevalent than ever, and while Zoom was great for regular conferencing, the more intimate and technical experience of creating music together demanded another solution.

That’s when Caballero reached out to his longtime friend and business partner, Sung Choi, who was serving in the Korean military at the time. Outside of boot camp, Choi worked tirelessly with Caballero to build the first prototype of Muse. But Choi’s work didn’t stop there, as he went on to build an entire audio engine from scratch (the one used in Muse today) and serve as CTO of Muse.

As Muse continues to grow their team, develop more features, and reach their goal of connecting musicians across the world, the music industry is also starting to pay attention. While the magic felt during in-person sessions are undeniably irreplaceable online, Muse acts as a tool in the industry to facilitate more efficient and accessible workflows. For example, A&Rs can now listen to a shared HQ audio stream while on a video conference, artists can watch their engineer tweak a session from their own bedroom, and songwriting camps can make space for musicians from different backgrounds and cultures around the world.

Throughout every phase of development and growth, the founders of Muse have preserved their core value of making music accessible, collaborative, and simple: “It can take a village to create great music, but fitting that village into one studio at one time isn’t always possible. On top of that, most people creating music today aren’t in the label ecosystem with access to resources and studio spaces,” explains Dunn. “We are proud to build an infrastructure designed specifically for artists that gives them the tech they need to thrive.”

On this day 29 years ago, Robert Miles released ‘Children’, an iconic track that would become one of the most enduring pieces in electronic dance music. Known for its ethereal piano hook and dreamlike quality, ‘Children’ transcended genres and generations, becoming a symbol of unity, nostalgia, and emotional resonance. The track’s haunting melody has echoed through clubs, festivals, and quiet moments alike, capturing the spirit of an era while continuing to inspire listeners today.
Robert Miles, born Roberto Concina, crafted ‘Children’ with a mission to offer peace and reflection. Inspired by his father’s wartime photographs and the tragedies faced by the Italian rave community, Robert Miles sought to create a calming experience amid the intensity of the dance music scene. This dream house anthem, blending tranquility with powerful rhythms, marked a shift in electronic music, showing that dance tracks could be deeply moving and profound.

EDC Orlando just wrapped up its 2024 edition, and one common critique among attendees was that the festival felt more crowded than ever. It might surprise you to learn that EDC Orlando has almost twice as many attendees as Ultra Music Festival over its three days. Organizers expected over 300,000 ravers to attend EDCO 2024, while Ultra hosts about 165,000. Whether it was increased attendance or layout changes, there were issues with crowd flow, particularly during times when there were big headliners across multiple stages.
Pasquale Rotella, the founder and CEO of Insomniac, the company that produces the Electric Daisy Carnival, wasted no time in making a post to address these concerns on social media.
“I know many of you had an amazing time, which I absolutely love to hear. However, I want to address those who felt uncomfortable during moments when the largest crowds gathered. I genuinely hate to hear that some of you faced tight conditions in those areas, and I want you to know that your comfort and safety are my top priorities. To be clear, we do not sell above the permitted capacities for any of our events, but crowd movement can lead to certain areas becoming very crowded, especially during peak moments. While this is unavoidable, we remain committed to making continuous improvements to enhance your experience as Headliners. I’m happy to say that prior to this year’s EDC, we already had plans to expand the footprint for EDC Orlando 2025. This new area will help improve crowd flow in addition to other crowd management strategies to help ease those situations.” – Pasquale Rotella
Festival attendees and fans took to social media to express their frustrations flooding both Instagram and Facebook posts. Since EDC’s arrival in Orlando back in 2011, the festival has seen impressive growth. Although Insomniac Events has continually sought to improve the experience through crowd management and logistical solutions, crowd safety remains a pressing issue.
In 2025 attendees can expect the festival footprint to expand to an additional area around Camping World Stadium, which should allow the festival to address crowdcrush concerns and improve traffic flow. Perhaps the addition of another stage might slightly reduce the crowds at Kinetic Field, Circuit Grounds, and Neon Garden as well.
Right on the heels of this announcement, EDC Orlando announced dates for the 2025 festival and announced that pre-sales will begin on Friday. EDC Orlando will return to Tinker Field on November 7-9 2025 with the expanded footprint. It’s safe to say it will be bigger than ever.

As 2024 draws to a close, the music scene remains vibrant, thanks to Andres Buzo’s latest release, ‘Trumpet Garden’. This Latin-inspired tech house anthem marks Andres Buzo’s ninth release of the year, continuing his impressive streak and demonstrating his commitment to delivering fresh, dynamic sounds.
‘Trumpet Garden’ centers around a lead trumpet melody that channels vibrant Latin energy and cultural warmth. Paired with a driving Latin beat and lush, layered synth chords, the track pulses with an infectious groove that’s impossible to resist. A deep, growling Reese bassline adds a powerful tech edge, grounding the melody and pushing the energy into overdrive. Perfect for late-night sets, this track masterfully blends Latin flair with contemporary electronic depth, creating an atmosphere that’s both electrifying and smooth.

Spotify’s Q3 results show a major leap in subscription revenue, which jumped to 3.51 billion euros ($3.86 billion)—a 20.8% increase from last year. The platform added 6 million premium users, bringing its total to 252 million subscribers. This steady growth, combined with strategic price hikes across several markets, pushed Spotify’s operating profit to 454 million euros ($500 million), marking a 70% increase from Q2. The quarter’s results reveal Spotify’s strength in balancing subscriber growth with a clear path to profit, a feat that investors have been waiting for.
Spotify’s pivot toward profitability reflects significant cost-cutting efforts, including last year’s workforce reduction of nearly 25%. These moves finally allow Spotify’s results to align with its market dominance.
Higher Margins and Premium Gains Power Revenue Growth
Spotify also reported a boost in its gross margin, which reached 31.1%, a substantial increase from previous quarters. Higher revenue from premium subscriptions drove this improvement, along with contributions from audiobook and ad-supported revenue. Notably, premium average revenue per user grew 9% to 4.71 euros ($5.18). Spotify’s ability to retain users despite price adjustments highlights its strength in delivering value to listeners while increasing revenue.
This quarter’s balance of user acquisition and higher returns reflects Spotify’s success in achieving both growth and profitability.
Ad Revenue Lags, But Stock Soars
While subscription revenue continues to dominate, the company’s freemium model still holds potential. Advertising revenue reached 472 million euros ($520 million), growing 5.6% from Q2 and 3.5% from last year. Though ad growth faces pricing challenges, investors reacted positively. After stock rose 9% in after-hours trading after reaching a record high of $419.72 earlier in the day. The stock has gained 123% in 2024, affirming investor confidence in Spotify’s balanced strategy.
