Shöckface and mark veins, one of the many unsung collaborative duos in electronic music have returned with a new collaboration ‘ACONITUM’ which continues to solidify their HYPERWAVE brand and vision. Taking sounds from all across the musical spectrum, the cross continental collaborative duo have been on a steady flow of hot releases since 2018.

ACONITUM embraces the darker side of the collaborative duo’s approach enlisting dark humming synths, abrasive rolling bass-lines and a world of glitches and fills. The most notable coming in the form of a one word vocal sample saying “TRENDSETTA.” The craftsmanship of the two producers perfectly positions ACONITUM as a smooth banger perfect for the gym, dancefloor, mainstage and everything in between.

mark veins and Shöckface’s previous collaboration ‘distance’ was released on Shöckface’s SPLITTING project featuring the likes of joss lockwood, bromar, catcat and mark veins himself. Listen to the pair’s incredible sound design and production on ACONITUM also known as leopard’s bane, a poisonous and must be handled carefully species of flowers.
