They really come from another world. German collective Township Rebellion landed on Interstellar Recordings with Eternal Affair.
The tune is a mix of techy and dreamy harmonies, with progressive and kind of trance vibes. It’s not really a techno tune but more a mix of things, something unique, something fresh you won’t listen to every day.
The record will project you in a state of complete euphoria. Its haunting layers will drive you into a hypnotic state. The deep, thumping beats provide a substantial foundation for the whole tune. A sense of mystery and anticipation; that’s what you can expect from the spiraling rhythm and shimmering soundscapes you’ll hear on the tune.
Insomniac’s Interstellar Recordings continue to push forward in the techno space and Township Rebellion is another proof thanks to ‘Eternal Affair’.
Talking about the Berlin duo, this year alone they come back to RÜFÜS DU SOL’s Rose Avenue and Adam Beyer’s Truesoul Records. They also released on another Insomniac’s Music controlled imprint, Factory 93.
They have touched one of the most iconic clubs in Europe, including Drumsheds in London and Berlin’s iconic Watergate.
Eternal Affair is just their latest expedition on the mystical journey they’re experiencing.
