Offering fans the first taste of her much-awaited album We Are Always Under The Same Sky, which is planned for release in January on Anjunadeep, Rising electronic music artist Qrion is poised to release her latest single, ‘Keep On Moving Up‘.

Delivering a raw and forceful house track that marks a major artistic development, the Austin-based producer—who has found a unique place in the electronic music scene—offers With lyrics that frankly address her experiences with sobriety and transformation, “Keep On Moving Up” functions as both a musical and emotional statement.

More than just a set of songs, We Are Always Under the Same Sky is a very personal story woven together with themes of addiction, recovery, and the great pain of losing her father. Still, among these heavy subjects, the album celebrates especially the voices and experiences of female and non-binary South-East Asian musicians in electronic music.

The album is really about transformation – says Qrion. – It’s about embracing both the light and dark moments that shape us, and finding strength in vulnerability.

Renowned for her unique sound that combines dancefloor vitality with emotional depth, Qrion’s production technique keeps changing but she keeps her original approach. Her music produces a distinctive atmospheric mix that fits both a moving packed dancefloor and a rainy day walk in soundtracking. The new work shows her capacity to create nostalgic but forward-looking, sorrowful yet joyful compositions.
