A woman has come forward on social media with allegations of rape and sexual abuse against MRAK, the co-founder of the acclaimed Afterlife brand and one half of the electronic music duo Tale of Us.

She claims the DJ, whose real name is Carmine Conte, drugged her following Afterlife's event in Buenos Aires on April 7th, 2024. The woman says she did not consume alcohol or any substances, but lost consciousness and ultimately woke up with "blood running down [her] legs."

The accuser says she went home to Guadalajara and checked herself into an emergency room to seek treatment. Doctors there, she said, informed her to pursue legal action.

"I have all the evidence of my rape: real-time locations, photos with his entire work team, and the prescriptions from the doctor I went to, who is a witness to my sexual abuse," the woman wrote in an Instagram post.

The woman's full statement can be read below. Conte has not publicly responded to her allegations at the time of this writing.
