The company was founded back in 2021 by John "Max' Dennis, an avid electronic music enthusiast and advocate for hearing health with over a decade of experience working with the hearing-impaired. LumenEarz aims to address the lack of hearing safety awareness among ravers and festival-goers while providing them with an easily adoptable solution.
Launched in 2023, their stylish LED earplugs reduce sound by an impressive 20dB, LumenEarz says, while offering four color options and two matching flash patterns. And apart from its use as a fashionable rave accessory, they also allow users to locate their friends in a large crowd by matching their earplug color.
