Childish(ish) kicks off with ‘Walk The Plank’. A captivating dark techno track that you might recognize as ID 9 from the latest Winter 2024 Mixtape. Fans first experienced it live at Proper NYE earlier this month. Daniel even teased this track at the conclusion of his nine-day video. Its vibe aligns closely with tracks like ‘The Little Mushroom That Got Away’ or ‘Rave’ making it an exciting addition to Lane 8’s evolving sound. What is Lane 8’s new direction? This EP represents a meaningful shift for Lane 8 Childish(ish) evokes themes of innocence and freedom, reflected in its bright melodic structures and upbeat tones.
