Hermetik returns on LVLD Music with his new track, ‘The Static.’ Produced over the winter in 2024, this song finally sees the light of day as the artist looks to pay an homage to fellow Canadian producer, Jerome Robins.

In an official press release, Hermetik opens about the song and how Robins helped his production journey:

“He’s helped me tremendously with my mixing as well as mastering skills over the last little while through some mentoring sessions & I wanted to showcase a simple but classic house track with a slightly underground vibe.”

‘The Static’ is not a complex track, but its simplicity assures to get people going, dancing to the loved sound of tech-house.

The catchy melody combines with the powerful bass and beats to achieve the underground vibe that Hermetik searched for in this production.

Every build-up of the song is intense and according to the artist, it makes the drops “always come back satisfyingly hard.”

While ‘The Static’ is one of Hermetik’s deeper records, he reminds listeners that songs with more heat for the dancefloor are on the way over the summer, just in time for 2025’s festival season.

His next release, ‘The Underworld’ is set to come out in early June on Mustache Crew Records, but until then, stream ‘The Static’ on all platforms, available worldwide.
