Leo and Rafa, who are brothers, make up TWO LANES. They are known for finding the perfect mix between classical instruments and electronic production. The emotional core of their work is their signature piano records, which are close, rich, and full of life. These crystal melodies and the carefully made analog synth textures that go with them make music that sounds both classic and completely modern.

Here comes Recondite, an artist whose ten-year journey through the more reflective parts of techno has made him one of the genre’s most unique voices. The artist’s most recent record, “Indifferent” (October 2024), shows that he is still pushing the limits and finding new emotional ground in soundscapes that breathe and change slowly.

“Luna” started with a simple piano track and some synth explorations from TWO LANES. These were the delicate seeds that would grow when they worked together. Recondite’s transforming touch added new dimensions to the composition. He gave the beat kinetic energy and shaped the track’s stunning middle section, where tension builds with masterful control and then breaks out into moments of pure sonic catharsis.

We’ve been long-time fans of Recondite’s music and are excited to finally share our collaboration. It all started with a piano recording and some synth ideas we sent his way. Recondite then added his unique touch to the track, giving the beat more energy and crafting the build-up in the middle.
