Anyma, a DJ, songwriter, and multidisciplinary artist, comes out with his brand-new single “Work,” which features Yeat, the rap star.
The song comes right after Anyma announced that his third album, “The End Of Genesys,” would be coming out soon and after his previous single, “Neverland (From Japan),” came out.
Anyma and Yeat played “Work” for the first time together at The Sphere in Las Vegas. It was one of the most anticipated songs to come out of Anyma’s 12-date residency, and it was also the first time a rapper had ever performed at the famous venue. Fans were really excited about the track before it came out because Anyma and Yeat worked together in a way that wasn’t done before.
The song is a perfect mix of Anyma’s hypnotic, melodic techno sounds and Yeat’s experimental singing, and it will be on Anyma’s album The End of Genesys. The album will finish the Genesys trilogy’s score and include new singles “Angel in the Dark,” “Hypnotized” with Ellie Goulding, and “Voices In My Head” with Argy and Son of Son. It will also include more new music that Anyma premiered live during his Sphere residency, such as rumored collaborations with Grimes, FKA Twigs, 070 Shake, Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun, and others.
Anyma just finished playing his last four shows at Sphere as part of Live Nation’s Afterlife Presents Anyma “The End of Genesys” engagement. This came after an amazing eight sold-out nights as the first electronic music residency at Sphere. The dates were December 27–31, 2024, January 1, 10, and 11, 2025, and a total of 200,000 people came to all 12 events.
Anyma had a lot of great performers join him for his last few shows. A huge list of top acts, such as John Summit, Mau P, Peggy Gou, Solomun, and more, performed at each event.
Anyma’s highly praised albums Genesys and Genesys II, as well as brand-new material, were played during “The End of Genesys” residency. His high-quality live shows, which continue to captivate audiences around the world with their futuristic themes and ethereal aesthetic, were also shown. Alessio De Vecchi was the visual co-creative director and oversaw the art direction. Alexander Wessely was the head creative and stage designer, and the animation studio Woodblock did extra work on the production. Together, they made an unforgettable live music experience. Before, Adriatique, Amelie Lens, CamelPhat, Charlotte de Witte, Dixon, Mike Dean, Rampa, Tiësto, and other acts opened for them at shows in December 27–31, January 1, 10, and 11.
