[EDMTunes] Michael Alan Releases Latest Progressive Trance Belter, ‘Made In The Sky’

New. Music. Friday. A nod to an old series of ours but also a truth. I’ve got no numbers here to back me up, but I just know Fridays are days packed with new stuff. This time, we want to highlight a new EP by our friends from Amon Vision: Michael Alan just unveiled a new record, ‘Made In The Sky‘.

He who released his debut single back in August of last year, and who received two banging remixes for ‘Dark Matter’ not long ago, is now back with another original. Alan is a DJ, Vocalist and Producer from Perth, with a rather strong bond with Electronic music. Made famous for his endless sets on his YouTube channel, he’s now added two new tunes to his own catalogue.

The EP contains two unique versions — the original Michael Alan creation, and an Uplifting-belonging retouch by producer Artena.

Original Mix

It’s a simple yet catchy formula: the track carves a path into your ears with the help of intense jumpy basslines, reminiscent of the Anjunabeats Progressive Trance kind of style, think A&B, Oliver Smith, that sort of style. Gated pads, trancy plucks, and ascending atmospheres will take you all the way there. A standout track for me.

Artena Remix

This is pure, raw Uplifting Trance. It’s got it all: from the powerful beats to the moving melodic elements, pointy saw leads, warm plucks, and an overall tone of yesteryear, most notably during the break, where it first shows you all the harmonic and beautiful elements this track’s got to showcase, to then go into a frenzy of a broken beat break, to then go back to the pure Uplifting experience. Beautiful.
