Kygo takes his tropical vibes to the next level and is set to open up the Palm Tree Club Miami hotel on December 21st. This 150-room hotel has a 20-ship marina (for boat access to dinner), dining experiences, a 24-hour fitness center, and more. All together, they will immerse guests in Kygo’s relaxed, beach club vibes. Back in 2022, Kygo and his manager mentioned this spectacular build and the exact goal of it.
“That’s what we’re trying to create: something that’s bigger than the music. A community, a movement.”

More details on the Palm Tree Club
The Palm Tree Club is exactly that, a place where music fans, especially tropical house lovers can come together. Kygo and his manager, Myles Shear are turning the former Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill hotel into a Miami must-stay. The building features Miami Modern (MiMo) style architecture with influences of Art Deco. The creation of Palm Tree Club draws inspiration from the Margaritaville empire of the late Jimmy Buffett, which encompasses music, resorts, restaurants, and other lifestyle offerings.
“WE ARE BUILDING A NEXT GENERATION PLATFORM AT THE NEXUS OF LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, TROPICAL LIFESTYLE, AND FLEXIBLE CAPITAL SOLUTIONS.”
- – Palm Tree Crew
The Palm Tree Crew & Palm Tree Festival
Kygo and Shear have expanded their brand, the Palm Tree Crew into a multifaceted brand, including an artist management division, a record label, a festival organizer (the Palm Tree Festival), and food & beverage projects. They have had great success bringing the tropical lifestyle to life through music, events, and now a whole hotel.
