BARELY ALIVE and beastboi. have teamed up together for their latest collaboration, ‘next to me‘. This is their second release together, with their first being ‘Sky High’ back in 2023, and we’re sure it won’t be their last with their creative chemistry in the studio.
‘next to me’ starts with a catchy synth melody that immediately builds into an explosive bassline. Packed with trap, future bass, and dubstep elements, the song’s structure is unique in the sense that it can shift from moments of intense energy to a bright melody. Both artists showcase their intricate sound design and production expertise on this one, packing details that elevates the track to a new level of sonic complexity.
BARELY ALIVE just kicked off their headlining WATT Tour and sold out their Seattle show at Substation. On top of playing at Beyond Wonderland in March, they have major city stops in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Toronto, and more.
