There is something special about bass music, which not only resonates with the mind, but also connects with the body. The human brain involuntarily picks the lower bass rhythm while the body moves through the low-frequency vibrations. Bass music is unique in its melody and is certainly not for everyone. MY BAD, a prominent EDM producer and musician, has been setting new trends in bass music for quite some time. His recent release “All In” will probably set a new benchmark in the bass music scene among EDM lovers.

MY BAD was only 15 when he started listening to dubstep and attending raves. He instantly felt connected to music and knew what he wanted to do for a living. To accomplish his dream career, MY BAD started learning music production, and in a year, he was making music. He was just a 16-year-old from Colorado with big dreams when he officially started producing music and DJing. As he immersed himself in bass music, he gained recognition in the industry. MY BAD’s career took off after he moved to Los Angeles, California. He was flooded with offers of collaboration projects, and he explored each of them to cement his position in the industry. He teamed up with ARIUS in “Crazy For Falling”, which surpassed 3 million streams on Spotify and has over 500K views on YouTube. He self-released the “Delusions EP” in June 2021, which gained
more than 1.5 million streams on Spotify in the first couple of months. The song is now listed on multiple editorial playlists. MY BAD has made his mark in Denver, the bass capital of the world. He has held residencies at famous clubs across Denver, San Diego, and Los Angeles. He played many DJ sets and released a few EPs with esteemed music labels like Create, Tribal Trap, and Subsidia. MY BAD loves collaborating with other artists on his originals because he believes a vocalist, singer, or rapper can elevate his music to the next level. For him, it’s a reason people come back to listen to his tracks. In this latest EP, “All In”, he collaborated with his good friend, Sam Mailloux, who he has worked with in the past.

As MY BAD describes, “I really enjoy making music with other people.” “All In” is likely to be a unique approach to bass music that will leave people mesmerized and craving for more. It will have electrically amplified melodies combined with low-pitched notes to create a bassline that will make people groove. MY BAD wanted this latest EP to set a new standard among his fans, which is why he took a hiatus to work more dedicatedly on this project. He shares, “I took a step back last year and really dived into my roots on why I decided to do this in the first place, and that’s how this name and EP came to be.

I realized that I hold so much music back trying to perfect it, and it’s better off being out and into the world.” Describing the concept behind “All In”, MY BAD says, “I grew up listening to dubstep and bass music and wanted to showcase my spin on the OG sound that I loved with a touch of 2023 style.” “All In” is likely to be a milestone in MY BAD’s career, paving his way to more valuable collaborations and music tours worldwide. He believes this EP will be the next anthem at rave parties and EDM clubs, taking his voice to the world.
