Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have announced the supporting acts for their upcoming summer outdoor headline performances at Wigan’s Robin Park and London’s Alexandra Palace in July.
Lancashire underdogs, Lottery Winners, who achieved a UK #1 record with their latest album Anxiety Replacement Therapy, will kick off the show at Wigan’s Robin Park on July 18th. Also appearing are The Slow Reader’s Club from Manchester, lauded as a group poised to conquer the world by the Manchester Evening News.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will headline at London’s Alexandra Palace Park on the 20th of July. The renowned indie trio Hugo, Felix, and Will White, along with 86TVs and Echo & The Bunnymen, will open the show, following their ongoing Best Of tour till March 2024, marking over 40 years in the industry.
In summer 2024, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will headline shows following intimate warm-up gigs at select UK venues this month. Sold-out upcoming performances at Poole’s Lighthouse (17th March), Bournemouth O2 Academy (18th March), and Portsmouth’s Guildhall (20th March) will precede their return to the Royal Albert Hall for a Teenage Cancer Trust benefit concert, marking a significant full circle moment since Noel’s inaugural performance at the charity’s debut event in 2000.
Headlining both Kendall Calling and Y Not Festival in August, Noel will also perform huge outdoor headline gigs at Warwick Castle (Sunday 21st July), Cardiff Castle (Wednesday 17th July), and an already sold out The Piece Hall at Halifax (Thursday 1st August) after sell out shows at these venues in 2022. Fans can anticipate sets featuring a diverse range of Oasis classics and a selection of tracks from Noel Gallagher’s successful solo career with his band, the High Flying Birds, spanning the past twelve years.
