Long time The Groove Cartel friend Hugo Cantarra is back; this time he teams up with powerful electronic music duo Eli & Fur and Richard Judge.

Eli & Fur, Hugo Cantarra, and Richard Judge’s new tune ‘Love Again’ is out now on [PIAS] Électronique.

You may have heard in the news but ‘Love Again’ is not just another single. Its is part of the upcoming Eli & Fur highly-anticipated second album, ‘Dreamscapes’. ‘Love Again’ begins as a tale of endless opportunities, capturing the thrilling trepidation of the unknown. As soft, airy synths intertwine with delicate, uplifting beats the unwinding of the track effortlessly mimics the rhythmic elevation of a rising excited heartbeat.

ì’Love Again’ is a collaboration with super talented producers and writers Hugo Cantarra and Richard Judge. This track is one that has been connecting on the dancefloor so beautifully and we have been dying to get it out into the world. For us the song encapsulates that feeling of being free and inspires, endless possibilities, dancing and letting go. Our favorite memories of this track are the reactions when we play it out, to see people singing the words to an unreleased track really fills us with joy. Richard Judge is a British singer, songwriter & DJ from London. Once an indie-band frontman, Judge turned his attention to the dance world and has since collaborated with some of its biggest names including Kungs, Benny Benassi, Roger Sanchez, Tensnake, Henrik Schwarz, Laidback Luke, and Korolova, to name just a few.

The journey of Love Again showcases the beauty of collaboration. What started off as a voice note on a bus in Berlin, has since been played in clubs all over the world and that’s still nothing short of amazing to me. A couple of years ago Hugo lived down the road from me and we’d hang out, always talking about doing something together – but I knew it needed to be for the right song. Fast forward a year or so and I had the idea for Love Again. I immediately knew it was the one to send him, but what I didn’t know was that he’d produce his version and send it to Eli & Fur who I loved! They added their touches to it and what you hear now is a record that has three combined identities, that’s what I love about collaborating. – Richard Judge

Hugo Cantarra is a London-based French DJ/producer. He lives and breathes the culture of dance music. He has become a staple in the melodic house scene over the recent years accumulating 36 million streams, and 1.5 million Shazams. He also runs a charity record label where revenue is donated in full to UNICEF.

Love Again started with a message from Richard who pitched me this vocal and he was like ‘brother this is for you, i’m sure you can produce that well!’. I made a version and was thinking that it’s right in the style of Eli & Fur. As they ve been a major inspiration for me, I’ve sent them, loved it and the rest is history! – Hugo Cantarra
