Cashmere Cat Produced 11 Songs on Lil Uzi Vert's New Album, "Eternal Atake 2"

The Cashmere Cat is out of the bag—and onto Lil Uzi Vert's new album.

Lil Uzi Vert has returned with the follow-up to 2020's Eternal Atake LP, and while electronic music fans may not be interested in the rest of the rapper's work, they may have to give the new album a listen since it was produced predominantly by the multi-genre legend Cashmere Cat.

The deeply influential DJ and electronic artist produced 11 of the album's 16 tracks: "We Good," "Meteor Man," "Paars in the Mars," "The Rush," "She Stank," "Chill Bae," "Goddard Song," "PerkySex," "Conceited" and "Space High." His dreamlike, floating keys and bright production fit seamlessly with Lil Uzi Vert's spaced-out vocals.

In addition to Cat, Lil Uzi Vert's latest album features the vocal talents of the Nickelodeon-spawned boy band Big Time Rush as well as production from Brandon Finessin, BryceUnknwn, Lil 88, and WondaGurl, among others.
