Bass Coast Festival has unveiled the lineup and theme for its highly anticipated 2024 edition, which is scheduled to take place from July 12-15 at shared traditional territories of the Nłeʔkepmx and Syilx.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Merritt, the award-winning festival is gearing up to host a dynamic roster of over 150 artists spanning genres such as drum & bass, garage, techno, house, disco, dubstep and jungle.

Among the headliners are Of The Trees and Leikeli47, who will be joined by a curated lineup of rising North American talents, each celebrated for trailblazing art and impact within dance music. The lineup features a diverse array of artists, including Machinedrum, Conducta, OAKK, Ivy Lab, Mat Mat The Alien, Bianca Oblivion, Lazy Syrup Orchestra and many more.

"These artists highlight the current landscape of underground electronic music while exploring where the sound will be headed tomorrow," explained Bass Coast’s Co-Founder and Music Director Andrea Graham in a statement. “This lineup is an exceptional roster of artists and innovators at the height of their craft.”

In addition to the impressive programming, Bass Coast has also revealed its theme for the 2024 edition: "Reflection." Rooted in the ethos of sustainability, "Reflection" encourages the festival's audience to explore the intersection of creativity and conscious consumption.

Festival-goers will be invited to reimagine their relationship with expression, consumption and the environment, with the “Reflection” manifesto focusing on three pillars: REuse, REpurpose and REflect.

"Whether it's fashion, art, or everyday practices, there are endless ways for everyone to get involved with this theme," added Andrea Graham, who emphasized the theme's call to action. "From DIY fashion on any budget to finding creative uses for natural materials, Reflection invites each of us to play a part in shaping a more conscientious future."
